Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.
If you receive a damaged product or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@research-tides.com with photographic evidence. We will review your claim and issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, issue a replacement or full refund.
Opened vials, temperature-sensitive compounds that have been delivered, and any product that shows signs of tampering are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
